Customer Relationship Manager
We're AtoZConnect, a dynamic company based in Rockville, MD, and we're looking for an exceptional person to join our team. We work with nearly 500 schools and parent groups across the country, providing them with a software that helps them create their school directories and communicate with parents. We also created directory software customized especially for Neighborhood Associations. We have a small team (5 full time and 6 part time) with big ideas, and our management has a good track record of building successful businesses.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized and can put in place systems and processes to allow our clients and our office to function at maximum capacity. The candidate also must be extremely detail oriented. As would be expected, follow-up and proper documentation are essential in this position. Initially this position will be very hands on as you will be the first line of defense for customer service and office management responsibilities. As we/you grow in this position, the job will enable you to progress and remain challenged with an increase in your responsibilities and compensation!
THE JOB INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING
Customer Service Tasks including:
Training our school clients on how to use our software
Answering email/calls from parents trying to use our software
Detecting issues/problems with our software based on feedback from customers and analyzing situations happening real time
Beta testing new versions of software
Helping with list of new features to be added to the software
Updating user guides and other collateral developed to help school contacts and parent users of our software
Input into software design and other UI issues
Office Manager Tasks including:
Assisting with Accounts Receivable and contacting customers to find out status of artwork for ads
Entering advertising orders received into our proprietary database
Configuring mobile ads in our School Directory App software
Sending out blast emails and deal emails to our opt in list as well as prospective new clients
Following up with schools/neighborhood associations that express interest in one of our directory solutions and helping to prospect to find potential new clients
Helping with renewal process for existing customers
Other basic Admin tasks such as sending out samples of ads to clients and putting together collateral for sales team

We’re seeking a passionate, ambitious individual to join the sales team at AtoZ Connect, a fast growing and community driven business! AtoZ works with over 175 schools in the Washington, DC metropolitan area helping them streamline the creation of their school directories. We serve the needs of parent-teacher and community groups with our online directory-creation software and mobile app.
As a Sales/Marketing Representative with AtoZ Connect, you will play a key role in increasing revenue by selling advertising sponsorship's to local businesses looking to target the parent community. Hours are flexible (looking for 25-35 hours a week) and working from home is encouraged!
